Customer relationship manager/Sales representative
Salary: N/A / Yearly Location: Midrand, South Africa
Type: Full-Time
Be responsible for sales and customer liaison on an ongoing basis
Expand the customer base and build relationships
Plan, control and execute sales orders according to budget
Prepare activity reports, follow up and adherence to goals
Follow-up and assisting in collection of payments
Prepare action plans and projects for the number of contracts to be made
Communicate new product and service opportunities
Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge
Identify and resolve client concerns
Coordinate with internal staff to accomplish the work required to close sales
Communicate special developments, information or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff
Implement special sales activities
Experience

Managing customer requirements and expectations
Excellent customer relations and communication skills
MS Office (Excel,Word,Powerpoint)
Mathematic skills
Excellent communication skills
